At the same time there is a need to make IT company ownership more broad based and inclusive of employees and other interested investors.

Our attention is on selling and supporting diverse products which are able to operate in all of the major operating and data base environments; Linux, UNIX, Windows, Mac; so that we and our clients are not trapped in any one technology with escalating costs and have ample scope and room for manoeuvre.
4. ASD Solutions’ employees have the opportunity to take shares in ASD Solutions, to encourage loyalty and a greater interest in the success of our business.  
5. There are black empowerment opportunities which will now be possible through ASD Solutions.

The ASD Solutions strategy will be flexible and can encompass a variety of products; the differentiator would be the vertical market where a product has a particular strength.

In addition to selling and supporting packaged world class application software products, ASD Solutions will be developing succinct, mission critical, niche applications using open architecture tools. ASD Solutions may establish appropriate alliances for the development of these niche systems.

The staff of ASD Solutions are well skilled and educated and are able to undertake training, consultancy and support work on a number of packages and platforms, including; Microsoft Dynamics AX, HansaWorld, Universe and Caché.
